This will inform you about our new banknote show in Aachen, which will take place from November 4. – 5. 2023 in the LIEBIG, a completely new and modern event center. We are expecting you to have a lively and perfectly organized show with numerous international participants, where everyone will find something for his or her collection, be it the long sought-after emergency money or the rare banknotes from the Far East, which are still missing in their collection.

Is the event freely accessible to all interested parties?
Yes, the venue is freely accessible after payment of an entrance fee of 10 Euro.
Do I have to register in advance?
No, entrance tickets can be purchased at the box office, to avoid waiting times we only accept cash.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there are sufficient parking spaces directly in front of the venue.
I am a trader from a country outside the European Union. What do I have to consider?
Travellers from countries outside the EU are obliged to declare cash with a value of more than 10,000 euros to customs on entering and leaving the EU without being asked and in writing. This must be done in the first EU country you enter. At airports, the Red Channel must be used for this purpose, and at the national borders (Switzerland) the appropriate customs office must be visited.

In addition, merchandise carried with you, including banknotes intended for sale, must be declared to customs. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.
Are only banknotes offered at the show?
The show is announced as a banknote show. However, there are no restrictions whatsoever as to which products may be offered as long as they are numismatic objects, i.e. coins, orders, medals, specialist literature etc. are welcome.
I am a dealer, but I come for buying and therefore do not need a table, is there a prebourse and what do I have to do to participate?
There will be a period of time when the dealers set up their tables and deal with each other before general admission is granted. If you would like to take part as a dealer without a table, you can purchase dealer cards for 50 euros each.
What happens if the show cannot take place for some reason, e.g. COVID 19 appears again?
If the show has to be cancelled or postponed, all amounts paid for table rentals will be refunded 100%, of course in cash, not with promises and partial vouchers. We take out insurance for this eventuality.
